LeadPro is a custom-AI studio run by its principals. Our founding story lives on the home page — this is who you’ll actually be working with, one at a time.
I run the studio — what we take on, how it is scoped, and the standard it is held to. In practice that means I am across every build from the first conversation through to hand-over, and I stay the person a client deals with throughout.
I came up as a developer, and before this I built and ran a creator agency and a profitable game studio — published titles, a team I hired and led, and platform work that put us in front of very large communities. I have partnered with Microsoft, and the discipline that came out of that work is the one I still run builds by: clear phases, agreed criteria, nothing left undocumented.
My side is how the work gets built and delivered: the architecture underneath a system, the judgement about which models and methods belong in it, and the team that ships it. I care most about the parts a client never sees — those are what decide whether a system is still solid a year later.
Deployment stays with me too, including the fully local set-ups we use when data cannot leave the building. Running my own agency before this taught me how to keep a small team moving quickly without losing the detail that matters.
Systems, source and data are handed over outright. No per-seat fees, no lock-in — run it on your own infrastructure, or have us host it for you. It’s yours either way.
No account layer. The people on this page scope, build and hand over your system themselves.
Every engagement runs under NDA — it’s why the systems register is anonymized.
